How To Travel With Molded Cup Bras

The Brag Bag Solves Your Problem

One of our readers caught my posting on the joys (or frustrations) of traveling with molded cup bras and pointed me in the direction of The Brag Company.

I have officially fallen in love. (My apologies to my beloved – but nothing stands between a woman and her bras, and that’s quite literal.)

In any case, The Brag Company has developed specialized travel bags for your undies. There are two types of bags: Bra Bags and Panty Paks.

These bags are so cute! The Bra Bag is a bag, shaped like a bra and made to look like a purse. They come in a number of styles to suit your mood from frilly to funny to casual to a bit sophisticated. The bags are made with a hard form that allows them to retain the proper shape of your bra, even when packed inside your suitcase. However, they are each covered with polyester material and cute embellishments that remind you of what you are carrying inside!

Each bra bag can hold up to six bras (which allows you to have quite a reasonable choice of lingerie options, even while traveling). Take along a travel size container of your favorite lingerie wash (or use a mild shampoo – yes, your hair shampoo – in a pinch) and you’ll be looking lovely for even an extended vacation. The regular Bra Bag can accommodate bras in sizes to 36C, as well as size 32D. You can choose from one of eight styles.

As you might imagine, traveling with a molded cup bra means that size is important. As a result, you can get Bra Bags in “buxom”. These bags look just like the smaller version, with the same pretty details and molded shape – except that you can’t get the Leopard or Denim version in buxom. (Pity: I rather liked the Leopard.) The Bra Bag Buxom will handle many of us curvier folks: they go up to 36G or 38F, and will also hold 1-6 bras.

Of course, this doesn’t manage your skivvies though. A new addition to The Brag Company line is the Panty Pak.

The Panty Pak has the same shape and style of the Bra Bag, but is specifically designed to manage underwear. You’ll never forget where your underwear are either: the outside of the purse-shaped bag has a handy extra pocket, shaped like a pair of panties! It’s not just a fun bag though – it’s practical too. You can keep each pair neatly organized in two separate compartments: one labeled “clean”; the other labeled “not so clean”. These soft-sided bags coordinate with the Bra Bags, meaning that you can have all your lovely, matching lingerie in lovely matching bags. (And if you don’t have some matching lingerie – what are you waiting for? These bags are inspirational!)

The Bra Bag is $49.95 for the regular and $54.95 for “buxom”. The Panty Pak is $29.95.
