Are You Considering Lingerie For Christmas?

Apparently, (despite warnings from our own Guy on the pitfalls of lingerie as a gift) shoppers are getting ready to buy up the naughty but nice present.

Triumph, the manufacturer behind such innovations as the earth-friendly brassiere, is expecting a big season. Cash-strapped consumers like to make their money go further: lingerie is the gift that gives at least twice (once to each of you). Another benefit is that repeat performances cost nothing extra!

One lingerie expert was quoted as saying, “When times are tough people look to the home for their pleasure and sexy lingerie is … a way of making your cash go further”.

Triumph is trying to put a bit of extra “umph” in your Christmas lingerie dollar: they plan on making a donation to Tribute to Bambi Foundation for each Christmas set you buy.

I must say that Triumph’s Christmas season offerings are quite lovely this year. I saw a bra and panty set in black that is sure to “wow”. I also saw a red merrywidow with garters, that would let you know you were a present to be unwrapped (for us moms, after the kids are in bed.)

However, some folks like their lingerie to be useful in multiple situations - and not just in the bedroom.

Like something classic? Consider the Triumph Nostalgic Emotion collection. The pieces are soft and understated, yet sensual due to the soft fabrics: chiffon, lace, satin bows and glossy ribbons create a lovely effect.

Want something lacy and feminine that you can also wear under your office wear? Consider the Amourette 300 collection. You can get various bra styles in cup sizes up to G, with matching panties in sizes up to 18.

Throw caution to the wind with the Romantic Desire collection. This collection isn’t just beautiful and sensual, it also comes in some delicious colors, including an inviting teal and a warm mocha.
