The Prima Donna label has one goal – to become the world’s leading manufacturer of luxury bras and lingerie.

I love your bras but wires break with hand wash only 1year old and some 3years old very expensive for me at 130 for them size 40e saved from headaches and neck pain is there someone in canada ontario mississauga that would be able to fix these bars you should not have to replace good bras just because of one wire snaps could you please help me

We’d love to take credit for Prima Donna bras – but we don’t make them. Unfortunately, we also can’t fix them: in fact, no one can. Once the wire from an underwire bra pokes through, the bra is telling you that it’s done its job and is now ready for retirement. My only comment is that perhaps your size is not quite right: I wear a 38e and don’t usually have issues with wires poking out. My other suggestion – given that you are hand washing (which is one of the most important steps in maintaining a bra’s life) is that you have at least 3 of these bras at one time. While expensive, here is the rationale: you have one bra to wear; you have one bra drying (having been hand washed); and you have one bra “resting” in your drawer. Each day you wash one, wear one and have one rest. Most bra experts say that this is the best way to improve longevity of your lingerie.

However, I can hear you now: “that’s too expensive!” If you can’t buy 3 at once (and not many of us could afford that much money for lingerie at one time), then you’ll need to plan to buy one bra a season. That should help you avoid a big outlay at once. The other thing to do is to track when these bras are on sale and buy 2. That should get you ahead.

I have 2 Primadonna bras-expensive but worth the price. I have a number of other brands but I am never satisfied with the fit, even though I had myself “professionally” measured. I have a narrow back but I wear 3 6 F . Not many brands offer this many cup sizes. Unfortunately these bras are never on sale.
