Maidenform

Maidenform was born in 1922 when Isa Rosenthal and Enid Bissett were partners working at Enid Frocks, a custom dress business in New York. Isa played with the idea of creating a woman’s brassiere, which would help make her dresses fit women’s chests more adequately. Isa’s husband took one of her original brassiere designs and reconstructed it into the first bra, named the Maidenform Brassiere. They were built into each of the dresses at Enid Frocks. In 1925, the Enid Manufacturing Company produced these brassieres exclusively in response to demand from women who wanted to buy them separately.

Maidenform is a company based on consumer-driven marketing and innovating advertising. Maidenform’s Flexees and Lilyette collections have all been created to meet women’s intimate needs while offering quality, fit and comfort that we expect in our undergarments.

I purchased two Maidenform bras from Costco several years ago.
Style 8289 RN# 27701. I just loved them and how seamless they were and comfortable and want to buy others…but I’m not able to find them anywhere. I live in Lake oswego oregon, a suburb of Portland, Oregon. Please HELP!

Me too on the RN# 27701 58% nylong 42% lycra elastane. Got one at boston store clearance and absolutely love it. Need a 36B. Not sure of the style number.. above the RN it has 07110…whatever that is!
